IPV are experts in helping their customers to save time whilst creating more from their media. Our software, Curator, enables a wide range of content- oriented workflows, from ingest to tagging, editing, file delivery and archiving. Curator is used globally by all kinds of content creators for remote and live editing, searching, asset tracking, cataloguing and much more.
Curator for Adobe extends Adobe Premiere Pro CC and After Effects CC. It allows your editors to create a managed production, edit on streaming proxies, use metadata tags and Adobe Media Encoder CC to conform their final sequence, all from the Curator for Adobe panel, enhancing their creative workflow.
Curator is a configurable network of services designed to manage media workflows. It offers flexible options for on premise, cloud, or hybrid deployment. Using IPV’s experience in low resolution content generation, users can take advantage of production-quality streaming proxies to collaborate on projects from ingest to archive.
Curator offers a panel interface within Adobe Premiere Pro CC and After Effects CC. Through the panel, users can intuitively search for and access high or low resolution assets, wherever they’re located. The Curator for Adobe panel even allows the import of live markers, which are updated in real time as they’re added to an asset, reducing the time between logging and editing.
Curator also offers Project Connect; a powerful Adobe workflow automation feature that allows users to register projects from existing and legacy file storage into Curator. It automatically registers all of their project files and metadata, removing the need to ever manually link files. Migrating to new storage environments including the cloud is seamless with Project Connect. It automatically migrates and moves the media files used in your Adobe projects from an old to new storage tier and automatically relinks files.
Once files are registered, users can see which files are being used across all projects, making archiving decisions easy.
