At ELEMENTS, we believe that powerful storage hardware for media assets should do more than just store media assets. That’s why we developed an entire package of workflow enhancement features and tools that live on our server and store appliances. Designed with input from numerous video professionals in the post-production and broadcast field, these features will take a lot of the workload off your shoulders – and ELEMENTS media storage will support you every step of the way.
With the ELEMENTS Premiere Pro Plug-In, editors can view and import the same assets and sequences created. This time they are linked to the high res raw assets for further Edit. Comments are shown on the timeline and the sequences appear just as they did in the browser interface previously.
ELEMENTS provides high performance storage for collaborative workflows tightly integrated with Adobe environments. Production managers view low res proxy versions of raw assets through the ELEMENTS browser interface. Straight from the desktop, assets are compared, comments added along the time line, rough cuts created, and Adobe Premiere Pro CC sequences built. With the ELEMENTS Premiere Pro Plug-In, editors can view and import the same assets and sequences created that are linked to the high res raw assets for further edits. Comments are shown on the timeline and the sequences appear just as they did in the browser interface previously. Comments and automated workflow tools are used for efficient collaboration between productions and editors without being reliant on ambiguous emails and other out of process communication. An approvals process can be easily created with the inbuilt tools, including the viewing of proxy files and comments in remote locations. Artificial Intelligence (Ai) has recently been integrated allowing searchable rich metadata across assets and by the use of selective Ai engines, honing down to specific recognition requirements. One of ELEMENTS key differentiators is that all functions operate natively within the file system meaning that users and facilities do not have to change their own workflows to accommodate ELEMENTS – more the other way around that ELEMENTS supports and enhances existing workflows in an intuitive manner.
